2007 Committees Legislative Committee The Legislative Committee will identify and monitor pending and potential legislative and public affairs issues that may impact the Greater Cleveland real estate community. The Committee will seek to educate members on such issues in an effort to solicit feedback and participation. Purpose: The Legislative Committee will keep the member organizations advised of any Legal information that relates to real estate that affects our member organizations. Chair: Tom West Communications Committee The Communications Committee will focus on communication by and among Member organizations with particular emphasis on communications on the work of the committees and for membership development and enhanced networking. The Communications Committee will also publicize information concerning the internal and external activities of the organization. Purpose: The purpose of the Communications Committee is to be the eyes, ears and voice of GCREO by communicating internally and externally the efforts and successes of our dynamic organization. Chair: April Beates Community Outreach Committee The role of the Community Outreach Committee is to link GCREO with the greater Cleveland Community making available the knowledge, experience and competencies of our member organizations as a resource to promote the value of our local real estate related assets. Purpose: To assist in neighborhood development and job creation in greater Cleveland. Co-chairs: Jud Kline and Suzanne Hamilton |
